Last Two Weekends Have Been Busy

The past two weekends have been busy ones for members of the Creekside Volunteer Fire Company. On Saturday and Sunday of the 3rd weekend of March, members took part in an annual hazardous materials refresher course at the operations level of qualification. The class was broken down in two segments: the first being a formal lecture and slideshow presentation and the latter being a practical skills section to hone tactics in response to a hazardous materials situation.

Last weekend, the company hosted its annual Easter egg hunt at West Creek Hills Elementary School. Though a bit of snow caused a postponement for activities on Saturday, the hunt began around 2 p.m. the following afternoon. We had an awesome turn-out and hope all the children had a wonderful time!
